If you are interested in a review of your cytokine assessment panel; symptoms; and, a personalized treatment plan from our physician team, the FIRST STEP is the blood draw which is then sent to IncellDx for analysis. All other steps can be done in your local region. You are required to have a supportive treating physician prior to completing the following five steps.

2 — SCHEDULE BLOOD DRAW
Follow the Instructions for Scheduling Your Blood Draw at one of the Healius Blood Centers. You will pay for both the blood draw and the sample analysis at the same time. Once you pay, please make sure to fill out the two forms emailed to you by Chronic Covid Treatment Center and bring these to the Healius collection center.

3 — RECEIVE YOUR RESULTS FROM THE LAB
You will receive a full report directly from the IncellDx Lab in Milpitas, California. The price for the analysis of your blood sample is $415. Once you have the report, please move to Step Four.
4 — CONNECT WITH OUR CLINICAL TEAM
After receiving your laboratory report, you may register for a video consult appointment https://www.covidlonghaulers.com/consultation. The price is $249 for a 30-minute consult. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR LAB REPORT. You will be sent instructions for setting up your personal patient portal within 48 business hours. Once you have completed your new patient forms within the portal, and uploaded your laboratory report, you can then self-schedule a video consult. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed that contains a link to join your appointment. Please share that link with your treating physician if he or she would like to join. The video consult is with you, your treating physician (who is encouraged, but not required to attend) and a CCTC physician. 5 — RECEIVE A TREATMENT PROTOCOL, IF WARRANTED
During the video consult, the CCTC physician will review your data, your clinical symptoms and clinical history. Together you will discuss the best therapeutic regimen for you. This is a personalized medicine approach. A Visit Summary written by the CCTC physician will be uploaded to your patient portal and sent directly to your treating doctor within 72 business hours. Then, your physician may prescribe appropriate medications and manage your medical care with our CCTC physician as a guide. Our nursing team is available to you and your doctor for support throughout the process. Follow up laboratory testing and consults with our physician team may be required for potential treatment adjustments.

Long or chronic COVID is characterized by persistent after effects of COVID-19 infection that include fatigue, brain fog and shortness of breath, in addition to many other symptoms. It’s estimated to affect as many as 30 percent of the millions who have suffered a COVID infection, even when the infection was considered to be mild.
